Refunds and Return POlicy
1.Timeframe for Refund and Returns: Refund and Returns are expressly permitted within a stipulated period of 7 days from the date of product delivery.
2.Refund Conditions: Refunds shall be processed exclusively upon diligent verification of a substantiated defect in the product, adhering strictly to the terms outlined in the Refund and Return Policy.
3.Return Shipping: The reimbursement of return shipping expenses shall be extended to the customer solely upon the completion of due process, encompassing the receipt and meticulous verification of the returned item.
4.Eligibility for Returns and Refund: Returns and refunds are exclusively applicable to products demonstrating material damage. It is expressly clarified that damage solely limited to the product packaging shall not render the item eligible for return.
